Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor located in our Manchester office. The candidate will be responsible for handling cases related to housing disrepair and providing legal assistance to clients.

Essential Skills

• Can undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Disrepair
• Manage Housing Disrepair cases at all stages of Pre- Litigation / Litigation
• Ensure compliance with the Housing Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol
• Strong IT skills including use of Proclaim
• Be able to draft complex agreements and documents in the area of Housing Disrepair.

Salary is between £40,000 and £65,000 to start depending upon experience.
