Working closely with an Employment Legal Counsel, you will help ensure casework is managed effectively, documentation is well prepared and legal processes run smoothly. - Act as the first point of contact for HR casework queries, offering clear and accurate employment law guidance.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, including Tribunal forms, applications and case-related materials.
- Support case preparation for Employment Tribunal hearings, including disclosure, bundles and liaison with parties.
- Conduct legal research, contribute to policy updates and support the delivery of employment law training.
- Law degree, CILEX qualification or equivalent, with an employment law module or elective.
- At least 12 months of paralegal experience and sound knowledge of employment law.
