This is an exciting opportunity with excellent career potential to join a professional and dynamic commercial property management team as a qualified surveyor. With an emphasis on the importance of reaping the reward of hard work the working environment within this department would lend itself to an individual with a desire to grow their professional profile.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the assets on a day-to-day basis, whilst instructing and managing associated workflows and liaising with our in-house accounts team on accounting-based requirements.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar role managing commercial properties in London. They will be enthusiastic, well presented, organised and have a genuine interest in the commercial property industry and want to provide an exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

• Manage a portfolio of buildings, including budgets, service charges, and accounts.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs with a proactive approach.
• Deliver excellent client service through clear communication and coordination.
• Work closely with Agency and Landlord & Tenant teams to support asset management.
• Assist in securing new business opportunities.

• A team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Confident working independently, problem-solving, and making sound decisions.
• Resilient, motivated, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A proven track record and relevant commercial property management experience
• MRICS qualified
• Knowledge of management software and systems is
• Working knowledge of technical and statutory legislation
