Commercial Property Solicitor – Leeds Full-time | Salary: DOE | Benefits included

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor with development experience to join a busy Leeds team. Working alongside the lead development partner, you’ll be handling high-quality transactions for key clients and gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and residential development work.

The Role
  • Advise on residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects
  • Handle high-value development transactions, including planning and statutory agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Support the growth of the team and contribute to the firm’s development strategy
Your Experience
  • Approximately 3-6 years post-qualification experience in commercial property
  • A proven ability to work independently and “hit the ground running”
  • Experience with development work and a solid understanding of planning/statutory agreements
  • A willingness to grow a network of professional contacts and attend relevant industry events
