Position Overview:We are seeking an
experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth across digital and traditional channels. This role works alongside and leads a small but dynamic team to ensure the company’s luxury jewellery brand is positioned effectively across all touchpoints. The role requires a
digital-first approach, leveraging SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media to maximise online sales and customer retention. Collaboration with Buying, E-commerce, and Store teams is essential to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g., content creation, social media, PPC).
- Content Creation: Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Relationship Building: Build strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
- Allocate funds wisely to achieve maximum impact.
- Brand Consistency: Oversee marketing material, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Approve website banners, brochures, and case studies.
Requirements:- Demonstrable experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devise effective marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful projects.
