A leading EdTech company based in the UK is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The role involves driving growth through performance marketing management, overseeing marketing channels, and coaching a team. Candidates should have deep expertise in Google Marketing Platform and proven experience with marketing experiments. You’ll play a key role in driving Busuu’s growth through expert performance marketing management, process innovation, and team leadership. You’ll balance hands‑on execution with strategic oversight, ensuring our marketing channels perform efficiently and scale effectively.

Next comes an interview with the Hiring Manager and a short take‑home case study. Finally, you’ll meet more of the team to discuss your case study and get to know us better.
