Job description

Ready to take ownership of mobile growth strategy across multiple international markets? This role is ideal for someone who loves leading high-performance app campaigns, managing budgets, and driving user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value at scale.

Benefits

You will play a key role in shaping and executing app marketing strategy across major global markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Expect to take responsibility for full‑funnel mobile performance, driving installs and engagement through platforms such as DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns, and paid social. You will lead performance optimisation, direct external partners, oversee reporting, and explore new channels to scale acquisition. Alongside this, you will support wider mobile projects including creative testing, ASO, in‑app activity, attribution, fraud prevention, and conversion optimisation.

The role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, thrives in a data‑led environment, and enjoys mentoring junior talent while collaborating with international colleagues.

Key Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience in mobile performance marketing
  • Proven success scaling app campaigns in competitive markets
  • Hands‑on experience across key UA channels: Apple Search, Google App campaigns, paid social, DSPs, and ad networks
  • Skilled at monitoring KPIs such as CPA, conversion rate, and LTV and using insights to optimise
  • Strong experience with mobile measurement and attribution tools (e.g. AppsFlyer)
  • Confident working with multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing budgets, forecasting performance, and producing clear insight‑led reporting
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to LATAM or European app marketing
  • Previous experience with the iGaming industry
  • Experience with in‑app optimisation, automation tools, or fraud prevention platforms
  • Agency background or fast‑paced digital experience
  • Experience building testing plans and creative frameworks
