You will play a key role in shaping and executing app marketing strategy across major global markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Expect to take responsibility for full‑funnel mobile performance, driving installs and engagement through platforms such as DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns, and paid social. You will lead performance optimisation, direct external partners, oversee reporting, and explore new channels to scale acquisition. Alongside this, you will support wider mobile projects including creative testing, ASO, in‑app activity, attribution, fraud prevention, and conversion optimisation.
The role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, thrives in a data‑led environment, and enjoys mentoring junior talent while collaborating with international colleagues.
