Accountability/Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project-based teams in energy efficiency and energy management projects, program evaluations, and roadmaps related to low carbon economy;
• Support consultants in implementing energy efficiency and management projects;
• Assist in developing business and operational strategies;
• Deliver technical and non-technical services in process-focused industries;
• Support business development and sales as a subject matter expert;
• Share knowledge and expertise with the team to strengthen the unit’s knowledge base.

Personal Specification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles within the process industry, focusing on energy efficiency or management in sectors like power, chemical, oil & gas, paper, cement, or steel;
• Strong technical background with an interest in business development;
• At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency projects and reporting;
• Experience managing project teams for at least 5 years;
• Excellent English and Dutch or French communication skills;
• Quantitative skills and attention to detail;
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience;
• Effective time and workload management skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
