We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate male support staff to join our growing team, providing high-quality support to a male client with mental health needs in the Sheffield area.

You will play a key part in assisting our client with day-to-day activities, emotional support, and encouraging independence, all while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.

• Supporting the client with their mental health and wellbeing
• Promoting daily living skills and independence
• Assisting with activities at home
• Providing companionship and consistent emotional support
• Working as part of a small, dedicated team

• Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges is essential
