A major healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Respiratory Support Unit. The role involves delivering high-quality care to patients in respiratory distress while promoting teamwork and collaboration within a supportive environment. Candidates should have a caring manner, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in respiratory nursing preferred. The successful nurse will rotate between day and night shifts, ensuring patients receive comprehensive nursing care.
The Respiratory Support Unit is a 10‑beded unit which provides care to the acutely unwell adult in respiratory distress. This can range from providing non‑invasive ventilation to patients in Type‑2 Respiratory failure to dealing with adults with more complex health needs.

We are looking for candidates who are keen to develop professionally in this exciting domain of Respiratory medicine, specialising in non‑invasive ventilation. The respiratory unit offers a supportive and learning environment which endeavours to constantly develop the service, in order that our patients can receive the highest quality and most up‑to‑date care.
The Unit welcomes experienced Registered Nurses with prior experience in respiratory nursing preferred. You must possess a caring, compassionate and positive manner and have excellent communication skills.
