Do you have the ability to deliver high quality compassionate care? We have a great opportunity for a full-time Band 3 Therapy Technical Instructor to provide Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy interventions within our Home First and Community Therapy Service.

The service integrates health and social care, delivered by community-based nursing, therapy, and adult social care teams. Your therapy skills will support people to:

1. Remain in their homes during health or social care crises, avoiding hospital or care home admission.
2. Get home from hospital quickly with rehabilitation and reablement to restore health, wellbeing, and independence.
3. Deliver high-quality core therapy reablement, rehabilitation, and recovery at home.

This role requires personal responsibility. We seek a highly motivated, resilient, and proactive individual who can prioritize, manage their own workload, and work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with adaptability in a changing, pressurized environment.
