About The Role

Mayfair Homecare is a national provider of high-quality care at home for adults, allowing individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centered care and support. We are looking for an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills who empowers and supports others. Being a care coordinator involves more than just rota management. You will support the Manager with business growth and ensure we deliver the highest standard of care. We pride ourselves on providing care that meets the needs of each individual, matching clients and carers based on availability and personality. We offer highly trained care teams to work closely with clients in the community. Main responsibilities as a Care Coordinator:

• Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members
• Rota management for your care packages
• Responding efficiently to daily changes in care packages
• Providing excellent customer service

This is an office-based role with some local travel required.
