Job Summary
Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Basingstoke Chineham Nursery.
As a Senior Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Main responsibilities as a Senior Room Leader:
- Be the 3rd in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team
- As a keyworker, meet each child's needs, support parents with SEND/ASL needs
- Manage observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps
- Encourage and praise children's development and achievements, guiding and coaching staff
- Have fun!
Qualifications and experience required:
Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
