This role is ideal for someone with a passion for early years education who is committed to supporting young children during these crucial stages of development.
About the Role
- Support children aged 3-4 within a nursery or early years setting
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to promote social, emotional and academic development
- Support children with personal care where required, in a sensitive and professional manner
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
- Confidence supporting young children with personal care routines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
