🌸 Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | £90 per day | Eastbourne | ASAP Start 🌸

Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next rewarding role? Pink Tile Education is thrilled to be working with a lovely nursery attached to a welcoming mainstream primary school in Eastbourne — just a short walk from the station!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and nurturing Early Years team where every day is filled with creativity, play, and those special “lightbulb moments.”

💗 About the Role:

You’ll be supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment. You’ll work term-time only, in line with the school calendar — which means you’ll enjoy the school holidays off!

🕗 Hours:

8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (school hours)

📅 Term-Time Only:

Enjoy the same holidays as the school!

📍 Location:

Eastbourne – just a short walk from the station

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
• Creating engaging, play-based activities to inspire curiosity and confidence
• Observing and recording children’s progress to help shape their learning journeys
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and supportive school community

✨ About You:

• You hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• You have experience within a nursery or primary school environment
• You’re passionate about giving children the best possible start in life
• You’re caring, creative, and a great communicator
• You have (or are happy to obtain) an enhanced DBS

💰 Pay:

£90 per day
