Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking a Locum Occupational Health Nurse in Cardiff to provide flu vaccination clinics, vaccinating approximately 16 patients per hour. The ideal candidate will have NMC registration, experience in occupational health or practice nursing, and a current enhanced DBS. Flexible session lengths and travel between sites are part of the role, with all necessary equipment provided on site.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN.
- Experience in Occupational Health Nursing or Practice Nursing.
- Clinical update in immunisations required.
- Enhanced DBS check must be current.
Responsibilities
- Provide flu vaccination clinics and vaccinate approximately 16 per hour.
- Manage flexible clinic session lengths.
- Travel between sites with mileage allowance.

Location: Cardiff | Type: Locum
- Provide flu vaccination clinics in Cardiff; vaccinate approximately 16 per hour.
- Offer a minimum of 3-hour clinics with flexible session lengths to suit your schedule.
- Travel between sites with a mileage allowance of 25p per mile when required.
- Work as a locum with a one-to-one consultancy and lucrative rate of pay.
- All vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and documents will be provided on site in a temperature-regulated box on arrival.
- NMC registration and PIN
- Occupational Health Nursing/Practice nursing experience
- Immunisations clinical update
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
