A healthcare provider in North London is seeking an administrator for the Minding the Gap Partnership to support young people's transition into adult services. The role involves managing administrative tasks, conducting data collection, and collaborating with various services. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple sites.
The post is part of the Camden Minding the Gap Partnership (MTG) and Islington Transitions Team (ITT), an initiative to improve the transition experience of young people (aged 17-25) from CAMHS and other services into adult services and to make services more accessible and user-friendly. The post-holder will support the MTG and ITT by administering the referral meetings, liaising with services regarding transition cases, and collecting data for Camden & Islington Commissioners and preparing data reports. In addition, the post holder will spend one day per week in one of the Young People Service Clinical Pathways (to be discussed and agreed with the Post Holder’s supervisor once they have started). The post holder may work across multiple sites within the trust, with time spent at each site varying according to service need.
NLFT is committed to improving mental health care across North London to deliver excellent services to our local people.
In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that falls under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
