A leading NHS Trust in Dartford is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to manage its procurement portfolio. This role involves shaping sourcing strategies, leading contract negotiations, and advising stakeholders. Candidates should have significant procurement experience, ideally within healthcare, and possess strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills. 37.5 hours (part time hours would be considered)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement portfolio, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and delivery of significant cost improvement programmes. This is a senior role, responsible for shaping long-term sourcing strategies, leading complex contract negotiations, and advising the Trust stakeholders on all procurement matters.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing procurement policies, driving cost improvement targets, and strengthening supplier relationships. You\'ll be part of a high-performing sourcing team, working together ensuring you are empowered to deliver excellent results for the Trust.
