An opportunity has become available for a permanent band 6 Biomedical Scientist within the Biochemistry department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with good organisational skills to join our hard working and friendly team. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to support individual and team working is essential. These skills and attributes are in line with the Trust's values. Warrington Pathology Department is part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Pathology network; as part of the network there are plans to merge the service with Mersey and West Lancashire Pathology laboratories from April 2026. As a Specialist Biomedical Scientist the post holder will be expected to work within the professional standards expected as a registrant of the Health Professions Council (HCPC) and maintain a portfolio of evidence supporting Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
