We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dynamic and forward thinking team on our Intensive Support Service, Upping Ward at Cygnet Hospital Beckton.You will be expected to work full-time, working 38.5 hours a week, working days and nights on a rota basis. (shift times 7:30am to 8:00pm; 7:30pm to 8:00am)Upping Ward is our 15 bed Intensive Support Service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and complex mental health needs. The service pathway provides a robust programme of care for women with challenging high risk behaviour who experience difficulties with engagement with therapeutic programmes. We aim to meet the needs of these women, who may have had previous inappropriate placements, in a less restrictive setting.
Cygnet Hospital Beckton is a specialist service for women, situated in the East End of London and has a good overall CQC rating. We provide a comprehensive service across four specialist wards; Acute, PICU, Tier 4 Personality Disorder, and Complex Personality Disorder for women with complex mental health needs.
