Reporting to the Retail Director, this exciting role will lead the profitable growth of the Pennines Region, identifying new sites and opportunities with a focus on delivering the Retail Plan. In return, we offer:

What you'll do
- Grow the business through organic and new shop development
- Drive high customer service standards across the Region
Business Development
- Lead new shop opening programs and liaise with property teams
- Develop new channels and expand across all day parts
Brand Responsibility
- Implement Brand standards and initiatives within the Region
Operational Excellence
- Improve operations through cross-functional collaboration
Leading the Regional Team
- Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of leadership
Brand Standard Delivery
- Ensure standards in service, merchandising, food safety, and H&S are met
Cost Control and Profit Responsibility
- Manage sales and profit budgets for the Region
About you
Seeking experienced individuals with:
- Senior management experience in multi-site retail
- Strategic planning and innovative solutions experience
- People management and development skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills in large groups
- Adaptability to change and improvement
- Strong commercial acumen and target achievement
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and knowledge of AI tools
