A leading UK care provider is looking for a Care Team Senior to lead and support a dedicated team within a residential care setting. This role involves ensuring a safe and effective service while fostering a caring environment for residents aged 55 and above. Candidates should have experience in care delivery and knowledge of compliance in a care setting. Hours: 28 hours per week on a permanent basis
Salary: £15.98 per hour
Please note that we conduct an annual cost of living review every January and therefore the pay rate may change in line with the Real Living Wage increase for 2026.

The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. You’ll also ensure a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.
