As a Senior Network Controller, you'll be one of the technical leads for our Network Intervention Team, overseeing interventions across multiple counties and supporting county controllers. You'll be the go-to expert on our water network, hydraulics, and water quality, ensuring that planned infra and non-infra interventions are risk-assessed and signed off with precision. Your role will involve assessing high-risk work and peer-reviewing county controller risk and contingency documents. • Lead with Expertise: Be the technical guru on our water network, guiding interventions and supporting county controllers.

• Experience: Ideally, you\'ll have extensive knowledge of the Severn Trent Network, our systems, assets, and operations.
• Skills: Strong risk assessment abilities, excellent time management, and the capability to thrive in a pressurised environment.
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to mentor, nurture, and coach controllers.
• Essential: A full UK Driving licence is essential for traveling around your allocated area.

• Salary: £49,100.63 - £50,229.38
