(Available for a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon-Fri), 8-10 hours per day between 7am-11pm)
Location: Oxford - OX10
This role is key in delivering high-quality care and experiences for children and their families. You will ensure the highest level of supervision, promote safety and wellbeing, and adhere to 'keeping everyone safe' policies and procedures. Working to our HEART Principles, you will deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Bright Horizons clients by providing ad-hoc care for children
- Working with children of various ages in educational play and activities to support their development
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Promoting and implementing Bright Horizons policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in childcare for children of all ages
- Early Years Qualification and UK experience with children
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Flexible and dynamic with families
Qualifications / Experience Needed:
- Unqualified candidates need at least 2 years childcare experience
- Level 2 Childcare qualification - at least 18 months experience
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or above - at least 1 year experience
