A children's care organization in Shrewsbury is seeking Residential Team Leaders to positively impact the lives of young individuals. You will lead by example, manage team rotas, and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations. Candidates must have a relevant level 3 qualification, at least six months of experience in children’s residential care, and a passion for supporting children in a nurturing environment. We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person’s support workers.
We are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, adaptable able to read situations to help our young people make positive choices whist proactively supporting colleagues in their development through leading by example. Are you great at being calm in situations? Offering advice? A good listening ear and have the ability to show unconditional positive regard? Then we want to hear from you!
Salary / Benefits:From: £14.00 To: £14.50 per hour
