A market-leading estate agency in the East London area is seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor. The role offers comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a strong earning potential. Candidates with CeMAP qualifications and a sales background are preferred. This office-based position provides a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000, with OTE of £35,000 - £50,000, uncapped commission, and structured career progression.

We are currently looking for a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client's expanding team in theEast London area. For this position, they are ideally looking for someone who hasCeMAP qualifications and a sales background.
Working hours:
- Full-time
- Office-based role
The successful Trainee Mortgage Adviser will be offered:
- Base Salary package - £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
- OTE £35,000 - £50,000
- Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
- Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

Key responsibilities as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser:
- Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
- Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
- Convert booked appointments into successful written business
- Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
- Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
