Job summary

A reputable estate agency in Gloucester is looking for a part-time Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Sales & Compliance Manager at their Quedgeley hub. The role involves organizing meetings, compiling statistics, and handling correspondence, with emphasis on administrative skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and be organized and reliable. The salary is up to £28,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

  • Organize meetings and manage diary for Sales & Compliance Manager.

  • Perform all ad-hoc secretarial and admin tasks as instructed.

Overview

Our client, who is a leading, very well established and reputable Estate Agents based in Gloucester have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join their successful and hardworking team based at their central hub in Quedgeley.

This will be an extremely varied and crucial role; no two days are ever the same! The overall responsibility of the PA will be to contribute to the delivery of the company's business plan by providing ongoing secretarial and administrative support to the Sales & Compliance Manager.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have administrative experience, be exceptionally organised with the capability to prioritise, and have the ability to communicate well at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising meetings for the Sales & Compliance Manager and maintaining their diary as required
  • Producing meeting minutes as required
  • Compiling and collating statistics as required (including staff holidays and sickness)
  • Opening post, reviewing correspondence, prioritising and distributing to Directors and Sales Manager
  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints to the Directors and Sales & Compliance Managers and taking initial action where possible and appropriate
  • All ad-hoc secretarial and administration requirements instructed by the Directors

Hours

Part Time, Monday to Friday, flexibility around exact working hours
