Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in residential valuation and/or surveying.
• Sound understanding of property construction, defects, and valuation methodology.
• Proficiency in using surveyor reporting software and mobile technology including iPad.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1 and 2 (HomeBuyer) surveys.
• Complete mortgage valuation reports for various lender clients.
• Ensure all reports adhere to RICS Red Book standards.
