A not-for-profit organization seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join its Housing and Property team in Plymouth, covering Devon and Cornwall. Responsibilities include managing works associated with void inspections, damp and mould surveys, and disrepair claims. Required qualifications include AssocRIC, MRICS or CIOB, and a driving license. We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Housing and Property team, based at our Radford office in Plymouth. The role is primarily lone working, within a team of Surveyors covering Sanctuary properties in the Devon area.
