Overview

Assembler required for a busy manufacturing/engineering company based in North Gloucester. The role pays £14.50p/h and is temporary ongoing for 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plating: prepare moulds for plating (lacquering, taping up, shielding etc) and ensure products are plated to the correct schedule.
• Filling: infiltrate products using manual filling methods and centrifugal spinning, control and mix powder stocks as required.
• Setting: set reverse plated and infiltrated rotary truers with required diamond and pattern, and control diamond/other materials within the area.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly work.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Eye for detail and a degree of dexterity and patience.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
