Overview

FULL-TIME AND ONGOING POSITION FOR A MACHINE OPERATIVE IN HINCKLEY.

Are you well versed in machine operating, looking for a permanent role, and enjoy a hands-on environment? We would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• As a Moulding Operative you will be compression moulding aerospace rubber components. This will include cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools.
• You will be working in a hot workspace; you must be comfortable with this. In order to operate the machinery well you will be required to have a good level of fitness and strength.

• You must have more than 1 year of machine operating experience
• Experience working in a hot environment
• A positive, hardworking attitude
• Preferably have your own transport

You will be paid £12.21 an hour and enjoy company benefits.
