Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Molding Technician to set up and operate molding machines for electrical cable components in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and manual dexterity, although experience in cable manufacturing is not mandatory as training will be provided. Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards, assembly of various cables, operating necessary tools, and maintaining work safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Team players who can understand training for proper cable manufacturing.
• No prior knowledge required, as training will be provided.
• Experience with cable manufacturing preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cables according to work instructions or engineering drawings.
• Set up and start molding machines with appropriate materials.
• Document mold changes and machine adjustments.
• Operate tools and equipment for over-molding cable assemblies.
• Ensure cables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean work environment by following 5S principles.
