A leading plastics manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for their Mold facility. The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias with strong skills in PLC programming and experience maintaining injection moulding machinery. This role involves managing planned and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in a growing team.

- Experience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar equipment.
- Skilled in PLC programming and fault-finding.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure minimal downtime across equipment.
- Act as a key escalation point for technical issues.

Salary: Up to £48,000 package
- Rotating shifts : 6am3pm / 1pm10pm (40-hour week)
- Early Friday finish (6am12pm / 12pm6pm)

As the sites dedicatedMaintenance Engineer, youll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a wide range of equipment. Youll be the key escalation point for technical issues, bringing your electrical bias and mechanical know-how to keep production running smoothly.
- Electrical bias (open to 60 / 40 split).
- Experience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
- Skilled in PLC programming and fault-finding
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and some facilities support.
