Our maternity team provides a forward-thinking environment, offering comprehensive and high-quality care to women and their families. Our team are committed to promoting woman-centred, individualised care to a diverse population.

We care for approximately 4,300 women annually across our two sites, utilising digital maternity systems. We offer flexible working arrangements, a robust in-service training package and a positive working culture.

• Assessing, planning and implementing care plans in partnership with women and their families and the wider healthcare team.
• Monitoring and evaluating plan of care, escalating any deviations from the norm to the MDT.
• Providing care in antenatal and postnatal clinics in the community.
• Providing home visits to families.
• Running clinics from the hospital.
• Within limitations of service, strive for continuity and promote informed client choice.
• Work as part of the second-on-call rota to support our experienced homebirth team.

• We are seeking experienced midwives with a great team ethic.
• A car driver would be ideal, who brings a flexible approach to work.
