Qualifications

• Registered Midwife and evidence of Continued Professional Development.
• Knowledge and experience of risk management including incident investigations.
• Experience in managing employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical running of maternity inpatient services on a shift basis.
• Support the team to provide high quality, compassionate midwifery care.
• Participate in clinical audit and guideline development.
