This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Wigan referral and assessment team. We are looking for skilled practitioners, with mental health experience, who are able to complete triage and assessments at the front door service into secondary care mental health. Successful candidates will play an important part in the delivery of high-quality service provision.
