Job Overview

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self‑esteem. Your resilience and dedication will be rewarded by the huge small victories you achieve. Our young people come from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds – our workforce reflects that diversity so our teams can engage, encourage and inspire pupils to be themselves.

Opening in September 2026, Ardenwood School is a purpose‑built, brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art primary school catering for up to 40 pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism and SELM (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. It serves Coventry and the wider community and we want you to be at the heart of its development. Our aim is to ensure each pupil has an outstanding educational experience with individual progress and care at the heart of what we offer.
