A global food company is seeking a Health Advisor in Telford. The candidate will provide specialist advice on health concerns and perform fitness assessments. Responsibilities also include supporting HR with Occupational Health policies and initiatives to improve staff wellbeing. Applicants should be NMC Level One registered, with a relevant diploma or degree. The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 pro-rata, along with benefits like 27 days of annual leave and health insurance.
Our ideal candidate is NMC Level One registered, with a relevant OH Diploma or degree (SCPHN preferable). An outstanding communicator; they'll have a positive demeanour and form effective and proactive working relationships with Management teams, HR, Health and Safety, and employees. They should also be able to work closely with external bodies, GPs, Consultants, Health and wellbeing agencies. Experience of supporting unions to understand the role and purpose of Occupational Health would be great, but above all, we value a passion for improving the wellbeing of our people.
