A leading educational institution in Ellesmere Port is seeking an inspirational Lecturer in Electrical Installation. This permanent role involves preparing and teaching various courses and ensuring accurate learner progress records. Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and possess at least 5 years of industry experience. Salary: £28,997 – £43,748 (per annum)

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer to take on an exciting new role within our Construction department.
We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and from current industry practitioners who do not have a teaching qualification. Anyone joining the College will be part of a Lecturer Development Programme which provides staff with a range of support and training based on previous experience and individual need. The programme will offer a range of support and development opportunities, including inductions related to all College systems and processes, an assigned curriculum mentor and regular 1-2-1 support from the Quality team. Industry experts who do not currently hold a teaching qualification will be supported through our ‘Introduction to Teaching at Cheshire College South & West 12-week programme.
