A healthcare provider in Guildford is seeking a part-time Clinical Support Worker to assist in patient care and clinic duties. Royal Surrey Cancer Centre is focused on providing excellent patient pathways and patient-centred care. The centre is based in Guildford with a satellite site at the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. This role may require you to work occasionally at the satellite centre to ensure coverage of service.
We require you to be enthusiastic, friendly and hard working with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage your time, plan and prioritise your work.
You will be required to work in a team and make decisions within your scope of practice. You must have a clear understanding of patient confidentiality and ensure that this is maintained both in and out of the workplace.
The purpose of this role is to support clinical staff members in the care and administration of patients undergoing radiotherapy, working with Medical, Radiographic, Physics and Administrative colleagues.
