Location: An Ofsted-rated Good further education college in Warwickshire (near Rugby)
Contract Type: Permanent
FTE Options: 0.75 FTE (3.5 days/week) or 0.60 FTE (3 days/week)
Salary: £26,770 – £37,425 per annum (pro rata)

You will play a key role in helping learners who did not achieve a grade 4 at school gain the confidence and ability to progress in further education, apprenticeships, or employment.
Essential
- A degree in Maths or a related discipline (e.g. Engineering)
- A recognised Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
- Previous experience teaching Maths in further education, secondary school, or adult education
Desirable
- Experience specifically delivering GCSE Maths resits
- Background in tutoring or small-group interventions
- Skilled in engaging and supporting diverse and often reluctant learners
- Familiarity with FE curriculum standards and frameworks
