Overview

Te Kura Kōhine o Ōtākaro/Avonside Girls' High School seek a mathematics teacher to join a strong, supportive department. This position would suit beginning teachers. Mathematics is a popular subject at the school and the aim is that all students enjoy mathematics, become more comfortable with challenging themselves through determination and grit and achieve their highest potential. The successful candidate would join a team and a school focused on supporting and lifting students and providing a knowledge rich curriculum. The team use SPARX for homework. Having a desire to contribute to the wider life of the school would be an advantage.
