An exciting opportunity to join one of the region’s most established and successful specialist recruitment businesses in the South West has arisen as our lovely current coordinator is relocating.

The role will need someone to take ownership of all marketing aspects in line with their vision, bringing fresh ideas to the table to support their growth plans.

Working within a desirable location on the outskirts of Exeter, this company has a strong brand with plenty of new projects in the pipeline and are now looking to further enhance their presence in the market, raising their profile and reaching a wider audience and client base across the South West and Midlands.

As the company's Marketing Coordinator, you will produce effective marketing campaigns and content to communicate with existing clients and target new growth areas. Other duties will include:

1. Increasing brand awareness through the production of marketing material & social media content
2. Monitoring and analysing market trends and engagement
3. Design and implementation of advertising, marketing and brand awareness
4. Producing engaging digital content to various audiences, managing social media platforms and the company website
5. Event management
6. Involvement in producing tender and bid documents

What we are looking for:

1. Experience within a Marketing role creating and managing campaigns and content
2. Marketing qualification preferred
3. Knowledge and use of Canva and social media platforms
4. An outgoing, driven person who is team-oriented
5. Proactive, creative and able to work on own initiative
