A leader in social housing seeks a Void Supervisor in Dover to oversee maintenance works across vacant properties. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Void Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing contract in Dover. This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of Voids across vacant properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.

To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
