Purchasing Administrator - Up to £30,000
Location: Leigh, WN7
Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday (7:30-15:30 or 8:00-16:00)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support our plant operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient material administration and supporting the smooth running of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies required for operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory management by placing orders as needed.
  • Work with the logistics team to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to improve purchasing strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in purchasing, materials administration, or logistics.
