Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

Up to £60k DOE plus company package

About the Role

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. At present they are expanding their business and have many new projects starting. Your duties will include but not limited to :

  • Prepare draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Generate quarterly valuations and conduct material “cost to complete” assessments for each site under the Quantity Surveyor’s responsibility.
  • Process sub‑contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub‑contractor.
  • Create sub‑contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.
  • Manage cost control and monitor changes effectively.
