A recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Sales Administrator to support a busy office team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This role involves processing customer orders, ensuring accurate delivery, and managing queries. The ideal candidate has experience in sales and is confident using SAP. This temporary position offers an hourly rate of £18.00 and may lead to a permanent role for the right person.

We’re seeking a Sales Administrator to join a busy office team on a temporary basis (3–4 months). This role will support the smooth processing of customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Process orders accurately within the ERP system (SAP).
- Provide order confirmations to customers.
- Raise deliveries and delivery notes.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience working in a sales office environment.
- Confident in using SAP (essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, 3–4 months, could become permanent for the right person
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Hourly rate of pay: £18.00ph
