Overview

Senior Sales Assistant. Luxury Menswear Brand. £35,000 - £40,000 + COMMISSION. This role is for a luxury clothing retailer known for formalwear, casualwear (including made to measure and bespoke) and a wide range of accessories. The brand is Italian, high-end and seeks individuals who are committed to exceptional service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients in a luxury retail environment.
• Drive sales and work towards achieving sales KPIs, including knowledge of made to measure and bespoke offerings where applicable.
• Represent the brand with immaculate presentation and professional conduct.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products across formalwear, casualwear and accessories.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and contribute to a premium customer experience.

Requirements

• Luxury clothing Brand experience, including pinning experience, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Must have been with previous employers for a minimum of 1 year (no job hoppers).
• Immaculately presented individuals who take pride in their appearance.
• Excellent communication skills; speaking more than one language is preferred but not essential.
• Given the salary offered, applicants should come from a highly regarded luxury retail clothing brand with a track record of meeting sales targets (KPI attainment).
• Personal sales experience or targets meeting £1 million is preferred or required as part of the recruitment criteria.
