Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Hatfield, PA

Shift Hours: 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Note: Must be able to train on 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Kelly has partnered with a premier customer in Hatfield, PA, seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanics to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Experience with industrial equipment, maintenance, and machinery repair is preferred.

1. Installing equipment, structures, piping, and electrical systems in a manufacturing plant.
2. Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery.
3. Handling general facility maintenance, including forklift repair.
4. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues such as variable speed drives, AC/DC motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and plumbing.
5. Assisting with welding and fabrication as needed.
6. Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
7. Performing other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
• Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
• Understanding of AC/DC voltages (24–600V).
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to safety and ability to work independently.
