Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Strong process engineering background with experience as a Plant Manager or Managing Director.
2. Proven ability to propose and implement process improvements.
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
4. Strong leadership skills to enhance business culture and processes.
