Job description

ArmstrongB2B is a 55 strong, multidisciplinary agency that offers strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D, animation, photography, video & motion from a single source. We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and market diversification. We also work with clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots, and exhibition support.

The agency is looking for an Account Executive preferably with previous agency experience in B2B marketing, to join the 15 strong Client Services team. You may have experience in a similar role for a creative or digital agency, or work experience within an agency. You will be supported and guided by an Account Director or Account Manager in managing projects and relationships of a group of industrial manufacturing accounts throughout Europe and the US. You will meet clients face to face, attend Teams weekly calls, fulfill clients’ marketing calendars with planned marketing activities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations team to book and prioritise work/resources
  • Track hours/budget on projects
  • Monitor quality and deadlines
  • Collate contact reports and brief/schedule work into the studio
  • Support the Account Director or Account Manager in delivering clients’ annual strategic marketing plans
  • Build on and establish new relationships
  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish on a day-to-day basis
